Be sure to stick around after the Sunday service is over for our wonderful coffee hour, with goodies baked fresh by parishioners!
At various times during the church year, we have Adult Formation at 9 a.m. on Sundays. A recent series we completed, “Seekers and Saints”, explored Christian hospitality through poetry, food, and the lives of the saints. It’s not your grandma’s Adult Sunday School! We would love for adults of all ages to join us.
Children and our church
Because we are a family-sized church, children are a part of our day-to-day life in the church rather than having specific programs for children. Youth are encouraged to serve as acolytes, readers, or in the choir, and one of our youth recently gave an “adult” stewardship talk for our stewardship drive.
For younger children, what we mostly offer is the experience to be part of a loving family with many aunts, uncles, and grandparents, once they are old enough to leave the nursery. We are perfectly happy for your child to be in the pews whether he or she is watching, coloring, or occasionally “making a joyful noise!” On regular intervals we hold a “Family Fun Night,” with a meal, activities, and Eucharist.
Join us for worship and allow your hearts to be filled with the grace and inspiration that we have come to know so well.
