About Good Shepherd
The Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd was established as a mission of the Diocese of Missouri in 1953, sponsored by St. Peter’s Church in Ladue. In 1956 the congregation became a parish, and located to its present site in Town & Country. We are currently on a new path, sharing our rector, Rev. C. Earl Mahan, with St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Manchester. We are trying new things and discovering what it looks like to be co-workers in ministry and sharing the Good News of Christ in new ways. You are always welcome to join us as we explore and live our journey of faith. We would love for you to be a part of who we are becoming!
About the Diocese of Missouri
The Diocese of Missouri is under the leadership of The Rt Rev. Deon Johnson, who is the 11th Bishop of the Diocese. The Diocese supports 42 churches throughout the eastern half of the state as well as campus ministries and Deaconess Anne’s House, an intentional community part of the Episcopal Service Corps.
